well, quad already made this with someone (dont remember who =S) and completed the game without any jumps, but I dont think it will be possible on ps2 since the duckroll/doubleduck scripts are really useful in this run. I dont know if they are necessary, but they really make it much easier
It is possible ;D you just need to crouch rapidly.
Estimated time: 50 minutes 
I know that, the duckroll and doubleduck are infact rapid crouch scripts, but it’s hard to do without scripts (but binding it to mousewheel helps a lot) so on ps2 this will be even harder, good luck =D

I should retry this. My other video was the first time I ever even attempted to speedrun hl1 and was my first non-failed attempt (didn’t die from the grenade jump).

The second video, I think nearly everyone knew about that GRENADE glitch. I saw quadrazid using it in his 19 minute Half-Life: Opposing Force speedrun.
1 more thing and I know it’s gonna sound random. Do you always perform speedruns on PS2? I mean, do you not play Half-Life on a normal computer?
No, I play HL on PS2 as you can see from the quality and I’ll continue forever
