so pressing buttons through walls doesnt work on ps2, that’s a major handicap in a speedrun D=
I am gonna update my demo so it works like yours (no pressing through walls) so it’s “fair” even considering the platform difference.
I dont want it to be unfair, you already cant have scripts and all, that’s enough handicap 
I can’t do this trick only with the elevator of office complex because it is different from the others.

Unforseen Consequences done in 3:27 minutes with this rules:
-Any testchamber skips like Quad skip or SW skip
-Don’t skip the two bridges in the sewer

I also gave myself an handicap, I did the entire elevator sequence since you couldnt skip it, it would have been unfair. You can see the nade jump has been missed once because I had too much armor, but luckily I had enough health to try it again, and the armor had misteriously dropped
I think it’s doable under 2:45 if grenade aint missed and if I dont bump as much in walls.
I also used the scientist skip at beginning, but not the same way. I made him open the door but I still went in the vent, him opening the door was only so it was already open for me to get out of room. saves about 1 second.
I’m gonna put it on youtube if nobody beats it until I can.
Now I’m working to another chapter “without speedrunner skips” 
but I can upload the video only thursday
blast pit without jumping on ramps from outside the silo? Lambda core without grenade jumps? Xen without direct fall? Gonarch’s lair with killing gonarch? I cant think of any other with “speedrunner skips” or “pro gaming” as I call them.
Just questionable ethics without skip the laser part ;D ;D
didnt think of this one, since it’s really easy to bypass the lasers, not pro gaming, just gaming XD
