Ouch. If that’s the case then that sucks. Maybe he’s just working on it on the side though, who knows.
As for the segment, I think my best time was 13.x, but I recently lost all demos due to an HDD crash. Luckily though all the demos from the previous segments are still avilable from their old downoad links, in case you don’t have them either.
It’s funny. I was just talking with Josh yesterday about continuing this run again. The only reason I didn’t start was because said HDD crash had removed my mimp and ep2, and I couldn’t be bothered re-installing everything. 8)
Indeed. Now the only hard part about the last segment is knowing exactly when to push the button inside the elevator. We have to hit the trigger in the middle of the elevator shaft, and immediately press the button. I think you have to play it a couple of times with triggers shown, then find some pattern in the wall or so to guide you. When you know the wall well enough it shouldn’t be too hard to time it without triggers shown.
A bit weird this attempt. I push the button inside the elevator, thus finish the game. However, I die shortly afterwards, so I’m not really sure if it counts. The game still finishes as it should, though the background of the credits is red instead of black (could be seen as a cool touch?).
I’m not really sure about this though. Does it still count as finishing the game if you die? Anyone?
Yup. col and quad also said they think it counts. That means we can do an even faster route in the end even. It’s pretty sick: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wKq85XVfUo4
