Weird spazzy textures in NGHL/HL

So, I just got HL1 today with experience after BM but just recently after I relogged onto my office complex save, the textures seemed to bug out every step I took.

I’ve already tried changing it to software, which crashes everytime, also re-validated and uninstalled multiple times. I’m all out of ideas, help would be appreciated

Is only that save is corrupted or it happens no matter what you do?

I would either try disabling your antivirus or reinstalling the game to a different folder.
