FTR steampipe fixed Early Energy glitch (Dark Energy), but also Vehical Stopping Glitch (Water Hazard).

Vehical Stopping glitch affects negatively:
05>06
07>08
09>10
10>11
But affects positively:
06>07

Early Energy glitch saves a bunch of seconds. Probably more time than is lost by Vehical Stopping Glitch.

So no, it’s definitely not RIP airboat segments.
