On the part “We’ve got hostiles”, where you press E on the scientist when he says the word coming, i can’t get him to open the door. I’ve tried 100 times but the door won’t open. Any ideas?

Are you loading a save within the same map? Opening doors with NPCs doesn’t work unless you load a save before the map containing the trick.

you should make a save before going out of the dark elevator (before going into the loading zone of the next map), it will never work the way u r doing it ._.
Don’t start threads when the help desk is meant to decrease the number of these threads. Also, NPCs won’t open doors if you reload the map through a save. Locked.
