Source Unpack .cmd missing

I am getting into Portal speedrunning so I downloaded the Source Unpack but when I go into the files there is no portal.cmd or HL2.cmd.

Check if your antivirus is removing them automatically, or use 7zip to extract it if you aren’t already.
