Yup. I think a Google docs spreadsheet would be the best solution as well; Something along the line of what quad proposed.
I’m not 100% certain, but it would appear you need a Google account (Either G-mail or Google+ or so) to *edit *the document, but I think it’s possible to *view *it without one. However, I think the easiest solution would be for everyone who doesn’t have a Google account to just get a G-mail or so. If you’re really opposed to that idea, though, I’ll Google some further (heh) and see if it’s possible to have a hidden document be edited by non-Google users.
I think it would be best to keep the document an invite-only, to somewhat keep the integrity of the run. The question then is - Do we allow non-runners, but Source Runs members to view it?
edit: It would appear Cameron:D has already made one, but I guess what I wrote above still stands. Though I guess we can move this particular discussion to the appropriate thread.

There’s plenty of other ways to bring this to the masses if it’s good enough, which it will be.
