How to use y_spt_afterframes

Recently I’ve been trying to use y_spt_afterframes but I cant seem to get it to work, some of the ways I’ve been typing it are

y_spt_afterframes X X
y_spt_afterframes "x" x
y_spt_afterframes  "x" "x"

For some reason the command doesn’t go through
Any help?
