Why is this? Is it because demos are timed wrongly, or do you cut things from the demo when making the video for smoother transitions or such?
Sub 21 would be insane. You’ve already crushed your first estimate by so much it’s almost laughable. What was it, 25 minutes?
Edit: apparently it was 24:14. so right now the estimate is 3 minutes and 1 second less than that 8)
I’m not completely sure. Trying to make the video as seamless as possible of course so there is minimal footage cut out. I guess it depends on the segment method used. And the number of segments. Maybe the demo timer isn’t right either.
My OF19 video is 8 seconds faster than the demos.
rofi’s crowbar video is 11 seconds faster than the demos.
Actually the first estimates were done completely by Spider-Waffle, and since his participation goes up and down to inexistence. I decided to make estimates on my own. Maybe it’s better that way since he estimated the 29:41 run was to be 35 minutes until the very end x)
Best time? Spider-Waffle’s Half-Life in Half-Hour i think. (29:41)
And the goal is probably to beat the actual WR, and make the SR around 22 minutes.

Lambda Core and Xen completed! And with these maps done the estimate went down to sub-21, 20:57. The high health amount really shows its potential and will continue to do so, not the least throughout Interloper. Coolkid got a trick on Gonarch’s first map that he got some problem with. Hopefully he or someone else will find a solution for it soon. The Gonarch floor will probably be really tricky as well. But once Interloper starts, things should be pretty quick and easy.
