I have a Half Life:Source, Blue Shift, Op. Force. Launch .bat files with Steam on.
Do you also have just the original half Life? Assuming that’s what you’re trying to launch.

No, you need to own the goldsrc version. Everything else is not legit
All of the prepackaged speedrun builds need you to own the game on Steam or they’d all get taken down for piracy.
