Demo jumpy frames when jumping (any source game)

When playing a recorded demo on half life 2 (last update) or any solo mod, every time the character jumps there is a huge camera movement bug/jump which is really painful to watch.

However on every speedruns I’ve watched I’ve never seen this problem, everything is perfectly smooth. How do you guys do? Or is this bug new? Couldn’t find any info on this.

That’s got to do with the interpolation. Maybe try the values here and see if it makes a difference. I know it does depend on the engine version so YMMV.
