You can gravjump off the barrel if you don’t try ducking while doing so. Even if it doesn’t take you all the way over the rail (it has taken me to the roof a few times because it bounces up with you and sometimes pushes you), then you can just land on the little ledge below the railing and hold in the autojump button to jump straight up (ledge, rail ledge, rail, platform).If you still need help getting autohotkey to work in 4 hours, msg me on AIM at a115331n6343. No i don’t need help, it works now.But i want to try the gravjump (barrel) in a bunnyhopping sesion (how suga it does with the create in prison_01)

I tryied the gravbarreljump, and i alive with only 12 health. Then i tryied it again and again 12 health. When i do the gravjump with the barrel, the things shot me directly, i can maybe do that without losing health, but i’ll probably need a RPG rocket for that. Can i use the RPG? Or need we rockets for later areas?

You don’t want to use an RPG, we will probably need those later and there is no guarantee when we will get them back.I don’t have the problem of getting shot on that part, but you can link me to a demo in PM and I’ll see what the problem is, if any.Also, I forgot to mention two other things.1.) You should knock both turrets down before the flooded room. Either shoot one turret into the second one as you pass, or shoot the first one as you pass and the second as the door is opening.2.) You can hop over the railing that leads to the gravjump room, and land straight on the platform. Much easier with autohotkey of course, and don’t forget to duck if you are close to the edge but aren’t sure that you’ll make it. It’s a tad faster than running to the left than sprint jumping, like you did in your demo.

if you save two seconds on this map and we loose one second with that crategrab Ill consider this as a win :slight_smile:

2 seconds faster?puh, is that possible?maybe 1, but even 1 is very hard to improve on that mapand create crab takes 0.4 seconds i think when you do it fast.Just by passing the create crab it.

I meant you improved with 3 seconds from the last demo (32 secs) so this will be a improvement even if its less health than the 32 secs run.So, now we just need to wait for an admin to make the right decition.

It’s good if we can move on quickly. Too fast, however, is bad considering some of the maps took two weeks to complete, meaning that there is no point in optimising a map that well if some other maps are rushed through.29 seconds is very good for this map, and if no one is resisting, we can move on to the next map. Let’s just wait for a while longer to be sure…

well, the maps we ran for weeks was pretty long and we could save more than one or two seconds, or am I wrong ?Anyway, the demo looks nice, its a few bups in the walls but overall its cool, the barreljumppart was really fast :slight_smile: 17 health (or was it 7) is good because in the next level there are lots and lots of medpacks laying around. and Dark Devil, if you will start running the next map, its pretty important that you pick up the grenade under the table, it will save time later on (I think).

It was 7 health, and i don’t think that i will run the next map.Maybe i’ll run citadel 01 and some of the c17 parts.

Well, nothing happened for 2 days and noone shows interest in beatning 29 secs.

So, i think next map, or no?
