valve will surely think hard about the physics anyway. Why flying is possible and phys deform and stuckjumps.
Oh yes, please contact Valve, and make sure to see if they’ll be interested in fixing those awful flying and bunnyhopping glitches as well :(In light of that response from Valve for the HL1 project, hopefully we end up with more shortcuts rather than less…

I found a little tweak that may or may not improve time on this map (depending on how fast your second forcefieldjump is)http://www.hl2dq.net/uploads/1732541741/d2…st_07_tweak.zipb5k, try this and make a <30 time so we can move on, I have too little luck in getting a good speed at the beginning of the map.

Im not sure, I get fed up running it because I know b5k can do the first part of the map faster than me, so basicly Im jus waiting for him to tweak his route to the trains or just use his old one and then we are done with this map.
I tried to tweak for a hour solid and never got a time better than 32s.I’m also fed up with running the “normal” router. Can we move on?
I believe 31s is a good time for this map, what about starting next level ?
Unless anyone can beat 31s lets move on.
hey guys. my internet isnt working atm. im using a mates computer 31s is a good time, lets move on. however, i have a leet trick on this map that il upload when iv got my own internet, i dont think it will improve the time, but its really cool and pretty hard to do
has that only left us with 8 health???I cant watch the demos yet, so i dont no wat route he has taken, but surely you can end it with more than 8! otherwise we will (probably) have to take slower routes on the next few levels just so we stay alive. plus, isnt there the bit where you have to wait for the guy to blow open the hole soon? the bit where you have to fend off man hack things and combines? we’ll need more than 8 hp for that, surely?
