host_timescale = TAS?
« on: May 4, 2016, 21:18:04 »
I was messing around on the Portal Project-Alpha mod and played through the whole campaign maps with host_timescale to 0.1, and after playing it, (i actually recorded this with the demo features) it looked really funny when i played the demo back because the game wouldnt slow down my mouse movement. XD
This sort of turned out to me this can be used to do Source Tool-Assisted speedruns...? :o

A type of run using host_timescale is usually called a TSA for TimeScale-Assisted. There has been a HL2 TSA run in the works but it's dead.
